MEET AMANDA NOVA
Amanda's Story
After struggling with her own chronic issues with pain and illness for several years, Amanda took her health into her own hands by deeply immersing herself into the wellness space. With an unrelenting will to heal herself, she became certified and proficient in several holistic healing modalities including Ayurveda, Herbalism, Applied Kinesiology, Breathwork, Kundalini, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupressure, Embodiment/Somatic practices, and Holistic Nutrition.
As she embarked on this journey, she realized that what was missing from the wellness space and her own healing was the bridging of the two worlds of modern and ancient medicine together. Why did it have to be one or the other? This deep need to blend the woo and science led her to go to graduate school for Clinical Nutrition and gain a masters degree in evidence-based information on nutrition, herbs, genetics and lifestyle for disease prevention and disease states.
After years of yo-yo dieting, chronic pain, chronic illness diagnoses and prescription medications, Amanda took her health into her own hands and released herself from the things that were keeping her sick and stuck.
Now, Amanda teaches virtual classes and workshops, writes books/guides, develops herbal products and works one-on-one with clients to share knowledge and empower them. She weaves her varied holistic modalities with modern medicine to help nourish and free you, mind body & soul.
